Shipping Details:

At Suti Vastra, we've partnered with industry-leading carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Aramex to provide reliable worldwide shipping. However, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses for international orders.

For orders under $100, there's a flat shipping fee of $15. But here's the good news: orders exceeding $100 qualify for free international shipping, meaning you won't incur any additional shipping charges.

Rest assured, shipping fees are automatically calculated and included during the checkout process. However, it's essential to remember that cancellation requests are only accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order.

While we strive to dispatch made-to-order products within 2-3 business days, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event of a significant delay beyond the estimated period, customers have the option to cancel the order, and a full refund will be processed promptly.

Once your package is on its way, we'll keep you informed every step of the journey. Expect an email and WhatsApp notification providing the tracking information for your convenience.

At Suti Vastra, we believe in delivering excellence every time. That's why we dispatch international orders only when all products in your order are ready for shipment. We do not practice partial dispatch of incomplete orders.

Customs and Import Duties:

As the recipient, it's essential to note that you are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are crucial for releasing your order from customs upon arrival.

Given that we operate from India, please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties based on your country's regulations. To assist you in planning accordingly, here are some known import duty charges for select countries:

• USA: Free limit $800, then 16% to 32%
• Australia: Free Limit 1000 A$, then 5%
• UK: No Free Limit, 15% to 36%
• Canada: No Free Limit, 18%
• Dubai: 5%

Our trusted delivery partners are authorized to handle duties on your behalf. You can settle these duties directly with the delivery partners upon receiving the package.

Payment Options:

We understand the importance of convenience and flexibility when it comes to payments. That's why we offer multiple secure payment methods, including:

• PayPal: No account creation necessary for credit card payments
• Bank Transfer

Important Note for Customers Outside India:

According to new RBI guidelines, orders placed in foreign currency cannot be delivered to India. If you encounter an error during checkout, we recommend switching the currency to INR for a seamless experience.
