Shipping Details

Shipping Charges:
- Orders under $100: Flat shipping fee of $15.
- Orders over $100: Free international shipping.
Checkout Process: Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Delivery Timeline: Made-to-order products are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be notified promptly.
Order Cancellations:
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- In the rare case of significant delays, customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund.
Tracking Information: Customers will receive email and WhatsApp notifications with tracking details once the package is dispatched.
No Partial Dispatch: International orders are shipped only when all items in the order are ready.

Customs and Import Duties

Responsibility for Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes required for customs clearance in their country.
Import Duty Guidelines:
- USA: Free up to $800; after that, duties range from 16% to 32%.
- Australia: Free up to 1000 A$; after that, 5%.
- UK: No free limit; duties range from 15% to 36%.
- Canada: No free limit; duties are approximately 18%.
- Dubai: Duties are 5%.
Our delivery partners can handle duties on your behalf. These charges can be settled directly with the courier upon delivery.

Note for Customers Outside India:
Due to RBI guidelines, orders placed in foreign currencies cannot be delivered to Indian addresses. If you encounter issues during checkout, switch the currency to INR to complete your order.
